Crushed concrete, crushed asphalt, road base, sand and fill dirt, and aggregate and rock. Crushed concrete and asphalt are well suited for driveways, parking areas, road base, and fill projects.
Current posted rates are crushed concrete $12/ton, crushed asphalt $10/ton, and road base $15/ton; sand, fill dirt, aggregate, and rock are priced on request. All prices are estimates — final pricing depends on quantity, delivery distance, and current material costs, so contact us for a firm quote.

American Crushing & Aggregates LLC supplies crushed concrete, crushed asphalt, road base, sand, fill dirt, aggregate, rock, and related recycled and natural materials. Recycled and natural aggregate materials are inherently variable. Composition, gradation, color, moisture content, density, contaminant levels, and other physical characteristics may vary from batch to batch and from any sample, photograph, or description provided.
Except as expressly stated in a signed written agreement, all materials are sold "AS IS" and "WITH ALL FAULTS," and the Company makes no warranties of any kind, express or implied, including without limitation any implied warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that any material will meet any particular specification, code, standard, or project requirement unless such specification is expressly agreed to in writing.
The customer is solely responsible for determining whether any material is suitable for the customer's intended use; for independently testing, inspecting, and verifying material before use; and for ensuring that the selected material complies with all applicable engineering specifications, building codes, environmental regulations, and permit requirements. The Company is not responsible for any use of material that does not conform to the customer's project requirements.
This Site and our staff do not provide engineering, geotechnical, structural, construction, environmental, or legal advice. Information provided is general in nature and must not be relied upon as a substitute for the judgment of a qualified licensed professional. You are responsible for retaining appropriately licensed professionals for the design, specification, and execution of your project.
Where delivery is provided, the customer is responsible for ensuring safe, legal, and adequate access to the delivery site and for designating a safe drop or dump location. Unless caused by our gross negligence or willful misconduct, the Company is not liable for damage to driveways, curbs, sidewalks, landscaping, pavement, structures, underground utilities, irrigation, septic systems, or any other property resulting from delivery vehicles or equipment operating on or accessing the customer's site, particularly when directed by the customer to travel onto private property or off improved roadways.
The customer is responsible for locating and marking all underground utilities and obstructions prior to delivery and for obtaining any permits required for delivery or material placement. The customer assumes all risk associated with directing our vehicles or equipment onto private property.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, in no event shall American Crushing & Aggregates LLC, its members, managers, employees, agents, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, business, data, or goodwill, arising out of or relating to this Site, our products or services, or the use or inability to use either, whether based in contract, tort (including negligence), strict liability, or any other theory, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the total aggregate liability of the Company arising out of or relating to any product, service, or transaction shall not exceed the amount actually paid by the customer to the Company for the specific product or service giving rise to the claim.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless American Crushing & Aggregates LLC and its members, managers, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to your use of this Site, your use or handling of any material purchased from us, your violation of these terms, or your violation of any applicable law or the rights of any third party.
